1. With a written notice to us 30 DAYS AND MORE earlier of the scheduled arrival day. If your cancellation is in time (30 days and more), according to the above mentioned time frame, your deposit will be RETURNED THE FULL.
2. If your cancellation with a written notice is FROM 30 DAYS UNTIL 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. The deposit amount WILL NOT BE RETURNED and will be kept as a cancellation charge.
3. Furthermore, if your cancellation is 7 DAYS AND LESS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE or even if you are absent on the agreed arrival date or depart earlier, or even if you arrive and then you want to stay less days than the agreed.
